Cherry
Cherry is generally reddish in color with a straight fine grain and a smooth texture. Cherry will darken over time.
Hickory
Hickory is a hard wood that is light to deep brown, with a straight grain and the occassional wavy or irregular pattern.
Rustic Hickory
Rustic Hickory posesses the same characteristics as Hickory but has more mineral deposits that cause darkened areas or spots.
Maple
Maple has a smooth texture, closed grain and is a light wood.
Red Oak
Red Oak has a pinking to reddish tinge, especially near the knots with a wide grain pattern.
Quartersawn White Oak
Allows the rays and flecks of the wood patterns to become visible.
White Oak
Wide grain patterns, small knots, much character. White oak ranges in color from light to brown.
Walnut
Walnut has straight, tight prolific patterns. Color ranges from brown to deep purplish brown.
